 No pantograph , just two spring- loaded adjustable rods that
 used to fall off the wires and still do today.
  At Russka outlet to the Ringplatz smashing windows
  occasionally ,

They were like a tram without rails - electrically supplied via a pantograph
Those pantograph used to frequently loose contact with the overhead wire
