Should not someone modify the Wikipedia article in that case? (Or is that a
very naive observation?)

Bandera had a long history (see Wikipedia) - he was in fact a political
leader not a general.
The Russians made my father keep a gun at home (an automatic rifle with a
round magazine) as he was woking in an "infested area". The KGB considered
him harmfull enough to kill him in Munich several years later. The
banderovtsi where also rabidly antisemitic (contrary to what the Wikipedia
article wants you to believe).
