RE: [Cz-L] A prolific teacher

Hi, Andy,

There was a good looking lady who worked in the 30s in almost all private
schools.
According to the 1936 Directory, her name was Maria Lissner and she was the
Gymnastics teacher at the Kramer school, the Elite school and the Meisler
school and kindergarten . You can see her on Lucca's picture #1.

She had also her own Ballet school . In a newspaper ad she appears as the
famous Mizzi Lissner .
May be you remember her.

1. I clicked on the "plain text mode" but didn't notice any movement on the
screen thus if it doesn't reach you in plain text, blame G-mail, not me.

2. I have noticed in a good number of class pictures of our primary grades
in the 1930s a pleasant looking young teacher with short hair.
She crops up in both Meisler School and Scoala Elite. My memory of that
period is gone. Does anyone recall her or anything about her?
