This is so timely and interesting! I am, at this very moment, working on a
"KehilaLink" page for
the JewishGen site http://www.jewishgen.org/ - on Bulgaria.

It will probably be uploaded (not finished yet) in a few
weeks and this is one of the sections on which I have a lot of material.
