I am sending my answer to the query by Benjamin Grilij to the whole list
in case someone can verify or expand on what I am writing.
About the addresses:
1) Schmiedgasse is the same street which in Romanian was called Str.
Cronicarul Neculcea.
It is a short street, parallel to the Siebenburgerstrasse/ Str.
Transilvaniei.
The even numbered houses were on the eastern side of the street,
the odd numbered houses were on the western side of the street.
Number 3 was right next to the Caserna and number 10 was right opposite
the entrance to this street from the street which linked it to the
Siebenburgerstrasse.
2) Romana #75 is Ruska #75.
3) Scolaei 24 is Shkylna 24.

People's names:
1)Tuliu Metsch may have been a schoolmate of my father.
If he was, he would have been born in 1907.
2)Josef Iwanier is a name familiar to me, but I do not know why.
3)Gottesmann was also the name of a schoolmate of my father,
If it is the same Gottesmann, he remained in Czernowitz during the war,
often visited my family and was a great "Witzbold" (joker), who wrote
and often read comical stories or essays called "Feuilleton".
3) to the best of my knowledge there were no people named Zloczomer
in Czernowitz, but there were very many Zloczower, among them a lawyer
named Dr. Norbert Zloczower.
