About jokes
Here is a genuine Cernowitzer joke:but first some Russian words:
Pishtron = big fish store during 1940-41
Gde = where
Kak = how (or what do you mean)
toje tam = also there
On the Ringplatz was an underground toilet.
A russian asks a Jewish man on the Ringplatz "Gde Pishtron ?
The man hears PISH and shows with the finger where he can descend to the
toilet. The Russian expects a big store so he asks "kak" and the man
answers Toje tam.
