"Beamte" does NOT mean employee
"Angestellter" means employee.
"Beamte' is a man employed in an office, or the official
of any entity or authority, be it the post office, the bank,
or the government.
"Postbeamter" is a post office official, or office worker.
"Polizei Beamter" is a policeman and therefore not a "Privat-Beamte"
Fahr-Geselschaft Beamte" is a person working for a travel agency.
And as such a "Privat Beamte".
