Subject: RE: [Cz-L] DNA
Dear all,
The issue of DNA testing is not a simple one.
Direct to consumer testing has been questioned and even banned in the US.
The problem is that interpretation is most times not definite and it is
usually unclear what the results mean to the tested person.
It is better to run such tests through a medical system that can order the
relevant tests (be it disease-risk genes or drug metabolism-related genes)
and also be able to interpret the results and convey the important findings
to the 'patient'.

than 40,000 people)
