According to family lore, my father Salomon Wiznitzer in his teens left
Bukovina, presumably from Czerowitz, first went to work in Uruguay, where
he had a relative or acquaintance, before settling in Curacao, where he was
followed by his oldest brother Abraham. This was in the period 1927-29.
