Michael -
They might be a little busy now. Couldn't you use the papers from
when your parents were naturalized? It would have mentioned you and
maybe they had a record of the birth certificates on file. I know my
grandmother's birth certificate was translated into English when she
got here. How about a passport from here or there? Do you have one?
The passport office might have a copy not that any US agency has
enough staff.... Maybe the Consulate could help.
