Dear Friends,
I need a copy of my birth certificate. Years ago I tried but the office in Ukraine said they didn’t have one - although they were able to send my brothers. Can someone “out there’ help me?
I would be listed as Mechel Surkis and my brother as Mendel Surkis, We were born in Zucice Vekke.
It would help me a lot to get one or both (especially mine). I would be very grateful.
