I know that these postage stamps using the currency Heller were used
in 1908 when the Hapsburg rulers were celebrated. I know that the
antenna was invented by German physicist Heinrich Hertz in 1888. I
don't know when the antenna was placed on this building. It would
have to be no earlier than 1888 and no later than 1908. So I am going
to assume that the picture with the postage stamps was newer than the
picture on the right.
