I don't know about the Czernowitz Airport, as far as I understood it's not really closed, but out of regular service owing to a lack of demand?! Concerning the Chernivtsi Egoist Palace,

it's an "Entertainment Complex" a party area with gothic, psychedelic, dark impact, designed for the upper "Four Hundred" of Chernivtsi, not any more of Czernowitz:
