I've compiled out of the "Freelancers Directory for the Municipality of Czernowitz for the Year 1936"

a listing displaying the doctors, including municipal and military doctors for the year 1936, all in total 286 names:

According to my very rough estimate there were approx. 150 - 175, in any case more than 50 % Jewish doctors in Czernowitz in the year 1936. There is no doubt, Berti, you are completely right stating:
"The Romanian document is about doctors sent to Transnistria for periods of 3 months and show at least 3 such periods. Deported doctors might be included here but clearly are not the majority."
