To List Members:
My great-grandfather lived in Sadagora and was described as a Gutspaechter.
The translation I have come up with for Gutspaechter is 'tenant farmer'.
I take this to mean he lived on and worked the land owned by someone else.
Does this sound like an accurate translation or does anyone have other suggestions?
