Czernowitzers...
It was fellow member Tal Moshe Zwecker, who drew as early as 2011 our attention to a collection of articles published by the Ukrainian Center of Holocaust Studies on the occasion of the conference "The Fate of the Jews from Bukovina and Transnistria, 1940-44". The ENGLISH EDITION of these seven articles is now available for all of you as "Book of the Month, September 2015" at our Czernowitz Book Corner:

Fellow members Marianne Hirsch and Leo Spitzer are illustrating "The Russian Year" for all of us, while Oleg Surovtsev makes us closely comprehend the functioning of the Czernowitz Ghetto; strokes of fate to the "Jewish Life in Bukovina before the Holocaust", as visualized by fellow member Florence Heymann.
