Language is not only words but grammar.
Czernowitzerisch has no grammar. No subjunctive and other modes that even
Germans
don't know how to use properly.
These donšt come naturally.

Yes,there is a marked difference. Wiener Deutsch is a dialect of Austrian
German, and Czernowitzer Deutsch is also derived from the same source but
has many words incorporated from the Ruthenian,Yiddish etc...ie languages
spoken in the area. Cornel.
