I have two suggestions for Edith Schuster.
1) Check the 1936 Address directory for Czernowitz and see if you can
locate her family. You might also locate the Catholic neighbor on the
same street. Thanks to Edgar Hauster and Martina Lelgemann, you can find
the 1936 directory here:

2) Hire a local researcher to request her 1939 birth record from the local
archives.
My suggestions would be:
Natalya Masliy
Zoya Danilovich
Serhiy Bilichenko
Unfortunately, I do not have their email addresses. Can other members
