There is a very witty dialog by Hans Moser :" DER Patzient" about a
Czernowitzer man that comes to a Doctor in Wiena to ask for a
certificat. There are the differences in German shown between Czernowitz
and Wien.

You can find it in a "Vrsamlung von Hans Moser" Which I bought in Wiena,
