I do not remember this particular poem or ditty, but this is an example of Czernowitz German;
In correct German it would be "da hab' ich Jäger über mich", not "über mir".
"Mir" means "to me" "mich" means "me".
To give an example of Czernowitz German compared to correct German,
A conversation between a Czernowitzer and a person speaking correct German was quoted:
The Czernowitzer: Geben Sie mich ein Buch.
The correct German speaker: Geben Sie Mir ein Buch.
The Czernowitzer: Sie?
The correct German speaker: Nein, Ihnen.
The Czernowitzer: Sag ich doch mich!
