The question was how to receive a birth certificate from the archive in Cw.
If you go to the Romanian embassy, they take from you money (in my
times it was 80 INS) and then they send you to the Ukrainian embassy.
I did not (yet) tray the same at the Ukrainian embassy.Asher Turtel
