I used to use Picasa, too. It is annoying when these things change all
the time.
The simplest thing, is just to migrate to the new Google-supported
app/service:

Of course, other services are also popular, e.g.
--Flickr is even more widely used for sharing images

For that matter, one could create a Facebook page.
