Hi Raul,

Daghani's diaries were written in English, so the English editions are
original, and Romanian is a translation, even though the Romanian
version was published earlier then English.

The first (1961) English edition is available at three US libraries:
Harvard, Hebrew Union College-JIR, Cincinnati, and Louisiana State
University. The 2009 edition can be found in many libraries (the list
is here - https://goo.gl/iiMeSg) or purchased from
https://goo.gl/QfOhIb
