Czernowitzers...
In the mail this morning, an email from Arthur Rindner with a high resolution copy of the Die Stimme’s Authorization papers from 1948. We published a copy in 2013 to the Ehpes Blog at:

There are 180 some odd hits on the blog and website for ‘die stimme’ if you use the search box on the home page of the Blog. Arthur’s email is attached below.
