Dear Asher
I have received a scan of my grandfather's birth certificate from the
archives in Chernivitsi ( archive_cv_at_arch.gov.ua , I also called them to
confirm that they got my request).
I still have to get it notarized through the Ukranian embassy - still
trying to figure out the exact process.
Good Luck!
