I understand Ruth's disappointment. I met Mrs.Finkel i 1997 She was
working out of two rooms in the former Jewish House from where she, with
some other volunteers, was distributing medicine obtained from the west
to the Jewish population of Czernowitz.
She gave me the last volume of the Vestnik and I found some mistakes in
it. But she was working under poor conditions without much help and
should be honored for her effort!
