Thank you so much, thank you all, for your kind appreciation. Yes, you are right, with 9,115 km = 5,664 miles this year's ride established a new record, apart from an out-of-competition special ride to Siberia (Privijet) at the Russian / Mongolian border in 2006 (11,300 km = 7,021 miles only for the motorcycle part). All rides, photographed and with notes in English since 2012, are available online and just two clicks from my home page away:

With the exception of the preceding year 2017, all other rides passed through Bukovina and it might be interesting for you to follow the transformation since 2012. There were every year motorcycle rides to Bukovina between 2006 - 2012 too, but at that time I logged them only in German.

P.S.: At least from the technical point of view, there is a good chance of carrying forward my motorcycle rides, since coming Wednesday I'm going to get get a new bike, more HP (112), more speed (210 km/h - 130 mph), more off road capacities...!?

As far as I remember- with this year's motorcycled trip you braked your
record !
I mean , since 2008, when you started reporting to the "dear Czernowitzers"
The truth is, I checked your archives.
I recommend to all new and veteran List-Members to read those very special
