Aaa! Dear Jim,
how can I get hold of this PRECIOUS sources - by email please? is it
accepted by the network? my email is danaradler14_at_gmail.com, if you can
simply do a jpg of the most relevant pages, I'd be more than grateful!
I have just spotted Yael Zerubabel's illuminating article, and it casts a
complete new understanding for me too! absolutely brilliant!
