I was recently in Czernowitz and toured the Chernivtsi Museum of the History and Culture of Bukovinian Jews. In one of the cases was a facsimile of a page listing the name and profession of Jews saved by Traian Popovici:
http://muzejew.org.ua/Planshet-12-En.html. The facsimile is directly under portrait.
I had never seen such a list and asked the Museum if they possessed the complete list. This is what I received from them:
"We don't have this list, it is probably stored in the Chernivtsi archive, we are trying to find out whether it is there. If we find out something I will let you know.”
Does anyone know of such a list? Thank you.
