Dear David,
Those parts in the very east of Ukraine, which are occupied by Russian forces, are cut off from the international monetary system. But this is not where you are going.

We had no problems withdrawing cash from US bank accounts at ATMs in Kiev a=
nd Czernowitz in May this year.

Greetings, I am traveling to Cz in July and alerted my bank that I would be=

kraine are under economic sanctions and I may not have access to my cash. =
