The transcription of the death certificate identified by Bruce, generously shared and posted by him to our Ehpes Blog [
http://ehpes.com/blog1/?p=10975] comes initially from my posting "Death Certificates Issued by the Czernowitz Jewish Hospital for the Year 1915"

locating where their ancestor is buried with only a death registration to
work from, as I am trying to do. I do not know anything about the deceased
or possible family.
