This is just fabulous and I am extremely grateful for your valuable and sound suggestions. We all know that it is a marathon to overcome the bureaucratic and mentality hurdles, but at the beginning of every project there is always an idea and a perspective to realize it. That is why your contributions are so substantial and, since there is no binary choice, all potential sites, i.e.
