Most probably the playbill dates from 1937. From Asya Vaisman, Harvard University, we learn more about "Sidi Tal and Yiddish Culture in Czernowitz in the 1940s-1980s":

She mentions a terror attack by the Legionnaires in Timisoara during Sidy Thal's performance on 26.11.1938, which was - among other things - a reason for Sidy Thal to escape the anti-Semitic agitation and return to Czernowitz. It is most interesting that now, not earlier than 83 years later, the background of this terror act is being clarified by William Totok and Elena-Irina Macovei:

What an exciting read with explosive facts that give us an impression of the atmosphere in which our parents and grandparents lived in Czernowitz in Greater Romania during the interwar period.
