TRICHTER family

<x-charset iso-8859-1>I am new to this group and this is my first posting, so I apologize if the
format is incorrect.

I am seeking information on members of the TRICHTER family, Czernowitz,
Bukowina.

My great-grandfather, Hersch Leib TRICHTER (b. April 1864) emigrated to New
York City in 1899 according to the 1900 census. My great-grandmother, Taube
F. FISCHER TRICHTER emigrated in 1902 with 5 of their children, going to
join her husband Hersch in New York, according to the manifest. The manifest
shows nationality as Bukowina, Austria and last residence as Czernowitz,
Galicia.

I can find no emigration/immigration records for Hersch Leib TRICHTER or one
son, Maurice/Morris TRICHTER.

I am also seeking any records on the TRICHTER family prior to their arrival
in the U.S., and in particular records that link the family of Hersch Leib
TRICHTER to those of Sigmund Hersch TRICHTER (b. abt. 1853), Elias TRICHTER
b. abt. 1877, Czernowitz), Jonas TRICHTER (b. May 10, 1884, Czernowitz),
Peisach TRICHTER, Moses TRICHTER (b. abt. 1873)
