Hello All,
I have spent many years trying to find a relative of mine named Bernard
Fischer (or Fisher or Fiszer).
I came across his name for the first time ever after visiting Yad Vashem
and doing a search on the Hall of Names database. He submitted 20
names of my relatives who were murdered during the holocaust. He submitted
these names on October 28 and 29, 1956. His address, as stated on the forms,
was Yad Hamaavir,
Maabara 397, Israel.
I do not know Bernard Fischer's birth date but I imagine it was sometime
between 1900-1920. He was probably born in Zaleshchiki or Czernowitz.
It would mean so much to me if I could find Bernard Fischer or his family
since they are the only relatives that survived the holocaust other than my
grandparents.
If you have any information on my Bernard Fischer, please respond to me
privately at:
