My ISP has advised that they are doing some network
upgrading (downgrading?) over the next several days.
I woke to find that nothing was working re: the
website.

Several hours later, I can contact it remotely, but
the new numerical IP addresses which are mapped
on to 'czernowitz.dnsalias.org' must propagate
world-wide. Sometimes this takes only hours, sometimes
days.

So, if you can't get to http://czernowitz.dnsalias.org
right away, try later. Hopefully, it will all settle
out soon.
