I would consider whether Derelin could be Delyatin:

Misspellings could occur on naturalization papers, especially if
someone else was doing the writing based on what your relatives said.
My town names were OFTEN misspelled on family naturalization papers.

Malodja could be Molodia very close to Czernowitz.
