{Spam?} [Fwd: Re: family]

Dear Czernowitzers:

I am forwarding some correspondence I have had with Ruth
Stendbergh whose grandfather, Victor Isaac Steinberg came from
Czernowitz (b.1887) and immigrated to Peru.

Ruth would like to find more information about her family. The
two photos that she sent me I have posted on the Czernowitz-L
website at:

Thanks a lot for answering me.
Yes, I speak spanish. I think it will be easier for me if you contact me
with someone that speaks spanish.
The persons in the pictures are:
In the one with an airplane, thatâs my father, Alejandro Stendbergh, they
change the last name in 1942 in the Civil Register by a mistake. That
picture was taken in Lima-Peru, my father was a member of the peruvian air
force.
In the other picture, the two men are my fatherâs parent with his brother.
My grandfather (the one in the left) names is Victor Isaac Steinberg, and
this half brother is in the right, his name was Adolph Beinguare or same
thing like that, we are really not sure, because, in the public civil
register of Lima, they wrote it as they thought it was.
I would really need to find some thing about my family, I have being trying
to search for information in my country but there is nothing. In the city
they use to live, there was an earthquake, so all the information in the
public civil register was lost.
Please help me.
