Luwisch from Karapchu

Hello,

I have recently joined the Czernowitz list and have not yet had
the chance to introduce myself.
I am Maya, currently living in Israel, descended from the
families LUWISCH, HILSENRAD and SALPETER, originating from
Bukowina. Apparently, there were 3 Luwisch brothers: Israel,
Hersh, and Moshe; and 1 sister, the name of which we do not know.
they were born (some or all), ca. 1820-1850, in a village named
Karapchu (Karapciu), 4189 by 2527, W/SW of Czernowitz. I was
wondering how I would go about attempting to find any records.
