Dear Czernowitzers!

I am traveling to Czernowitz, Kolomayja, and Ternopil the last weekend
of July. I would be glad to hear from anyone who has made the trip,
will be there the same time, and/or had family during *pre-WWI* there.
My father was born in Kolomayja and grew up in Czernowitz until the
Russians came in mid-teens and then fled to Vienna. Names of interest
to me are:

*Kern
Weinschel
Niederhoffer*

Many thanks to listserv leadership and participants - I have been
enjoying tremendously this on-line community. I hope my Father and his
Father are looking down and smiling on all of us!
Nina
