Tocz:
As I remember my grandmother making it,the  following are the  ingredients,
Grated potatoes
Floor
Yeast
Eggs
Onions?
Salt and pepper
Baked in a oblong baking dish with schmalz.
The problems that I have is that I do not remember the amounts, and how
it is mixed before baking and for how long and at what temperatures.
It should be crisp and about 2 inches or 5 cm thick
