[Cz-L] New on the website - 18 March 2005

Greetings Czernowitzers!

1. There is a new section on the website called 'Notable Czernowitzers'
assembled by Jane Reifer. It is a spreadsheet in HTML format that lists the
names, fields of expertise, and other related information for former
Czernowitz residents of note. You are invited to add new names, fill in
missing information, or make corrections. I will manage the list, so send
any material to me. You will find 'Notable Czernowitzers' in the navigation
menu on the home page http://members.shaw.ca/czernowitz/

2. The FamilyFinder has been updated several times recently and now
contains well over 300 surnames. What, your surnames of interest are not on
the finder? Send me the information: surname, area, your full name and an
email address where you can be contacted and I'll put them in.

3. Three more high resolution postcard scans by Ignacio Sternberg have been
added.

As always, we are looking for materials for the website: pictures,
postcards, stories, maps, links, your own pages, etc. If your not sure what
you have would be of interest, email me and we can discuss it. Suggestions
and corrections always welcome!
