We have someone in the Pikholz Project who says that his grandfather
studied at
a "Commercial school" in Czernowitz. I think that would have been in the
1890's
or perhaps mid-late 1880's. (We don't know exactly when he was born.)
Does anyone know what that might have been and if there are records available
today from that period?
Since his immediate family did not live there, what would have been the living
arrangements?
