Dear Luba and Charles:

I'm very sorry to hear that you must withdraw from further efforts
related to the May 2006 meeting in Czernowitz. You are both to be
thanked greatly for your all your work and tireless dedication in
trying to bring together the many of us from around the world who
hope to meet next year in Chernivtsi.
