   First of all, I appreciate you bringing this topic to the entire group
once again.

   I agree with the three main topics you have listed, but as a subtopic
under number two, I would add:

   Careful examination of the proposals made by the Ukrainian government
as to how the monies set aside for the 600th Anniversary of Czernowitz,
are to be spent.

   Perhaps there is someone in the group, fluent in Ukrainian, who can
find the official proposals or grants, so that if we want to approach
either the federal government or the city government, we'll know what
the money is really allocated for. The notice on the city website
certainly indicates that restoring the cemetery would be included in
this restoration.
