searching Aaron FRAIM oo Rosa BRAU

Dear Genners

I'm groping in the dark, because i was searching Rosa BRAUN in Vienna,
Romania and thought inquiring perhaps in Czernowitz??

I'm searching the couple :

Aaron FRAIM, alias FRAINE Aron engineer, buried at
Yuksekkaldirim (Askenazi) Synagogue Burials
  in Istanbul, Turkey, on 22 Mar 1971, polish nationality
(cf: http://www.isfsp.org/istanbul/ )

supposedly married with

Rosa BRAUN, who died on 1947 in Beyrouth (Lebanon). She was able to speak
German (or Yddish?).

They were perhaps divorced or separated

and they had 2 daughters:

Dora, born 1923 in Alexandrette and Rebecca, Bekky, born 1924 in Istambul
(Turkey)

Any clue?
