[Cz-L]Willawcze/ Willawche

Dear Friends,

I have been searching my GREIF and LECHNER family who I was led to believe
from their Ellis Island records that they came from a town called Willawcze/
Willawche (pronounced
VILOK). I just recently found out that Willawcze/Willawche is actually an
area and not a town at all. Now, how am I supposed to find out where they
really came from. The hard part is that all my grandfather's as well as my
grandmother's siblings also listed Willawcze as their home. I would
appreciate
any and all help that you can provide to me.
