The German spelling was "Bukowina".
The Romanian spelling was "Bucovina".
The current spelling according to the Columbia Gazetteer is "Bukovina".

I think that at least on the website we should adopt a uniform spelling.
Since we refer to Czernowitz, and not to Chernivtci or Chernivtsi, I think
we should use the German spelling "Bukowina", also, just as we say
"Czernowitzer", we should say "Bukowiner".
