[Cz-L] Cemetery Vandalism

Further to my post of today concerning the Vandalism on the
  Jewish cemetery , I wrote to a Gruss member by the name of
  Karlfranz on this issue and here is his answer ( in German ):
   "Auf dem judischen Fridhof in Czernowitz wirklich ein neuer Monument f=
ür
  die Rumänen afgebaut,den Monument ich noch vor zwei Wochen gesehen h=
abe.
  Die juedische Zeitung schreibt aktuell und korrekt."
   Meaning that : " On the Jewish Cemetery , a new monument for the
   Rumanians is being erected,
    This monument I saw 2 weeks ago .
     The Jewish newspaper is up-to-date and correct."
    Did any of you know this?
       Why should they erect it in the Jewish cemetery ?
        Are Rumanians buried there ?
