  Let us think in practical terms.
   Your judgment is guided by western democratic standards.
    We speak of a different ambience.
     Remember, the subject was brought up by us .
      Nobody except us.
      You write: The success of the plaque venture therefore
   should be measured by how much greater interaction, communication,
    participation, inclusion, understanding and love it can generate.
     How right - but first we must have the plate before we start measuring.
    We do not know , but we fear, that by involving new elements ,we
     endanger the very existence of the plate.
       So let us not rock the boat.
        Sorry for having" slammed" you ,only wanted to make my point.
